  I was impressed with the cordial and professional service I received while there, it seem to be genuine and that means a lot to me. When you find a shop like this you kinda want to hang on to it like a good barber and if something should go wrong with your vehicle again you don't have to scratch your head and wonder where do I go now. I would rather go to them than the local dealer because of the bad experiences I have had with dealership repairs and their labor costs.

  Great customer service. Honest, curteous and always do what they say. Had an estimate from dealer and what a difference in prices. Checked everything on my first trip and printed out "need to be done" list. Picked up my car at work and delivered by end of work schedule. I am a customer forever.

  On this visit I had my Avalanche detailed -they "Insisted" on doing a complete professional detailing job - no short cuts. And they did a Fantastic job - it looks better than they day I bought it new! All of the people at the shop are friendly, professional and knowledgeable-they know how to keep a vehicle running like it should and looking the very best it can! Auto-Lab is the place that I will continue to bring my vehicle back to, because I know that I can Trust them to take proper care of it! Thanks, Auto-Lab.
