I was experiencing issues with my A/C in the middle of June in Phoenix. Needless to say, with the temp being 105+ outside, the problem needed to be fixed immediately.
I made an appointment at the nearby dealership early in the morning and was expecting the bill to be approx. $500. The guy handling my car gave me a call a few hours later and told me that it would be about $4,000 (yes, thousand!!!) to fix my car.
After looking at garage fly, I decided to get a second opinion and went to Martin's because it had 5 out of 5 on every single review. Well, I am here to give it another 5 out of 5!
I experienced amazing service. I called right after hearing the horrible news from the nearby dealership and they said they could see me as soon as I was able to drop off the car. Scot gave me a call a few hours later and let me know that it would be $375 to fix my A/C and another approx. $500 to fix other misc. things wrong with the car.
What a difference! A $4,000 bill compared to a $975 bill. I compared the items wrong with the car from the dealership to those that Martin's found and they were almost identical...just a HUGE difference in price.
Not only was the price amazing, but the service was stellar and all of the guys in the office are so nice. I will never bring my car anywhere else and would advise anyone living in the Phoenix area to bring their car here first!

Have to use these guys! It was a Saturday at 11 a.m. They close at noon. I had a dead battery. Dave said he was busy but bring it on down. 6 mile drive. Left my business in company delivery vehicle at 11:15. Back with new battery just after noon! They are awesome!

I was looking for a reputable company since I recently had a bad brake job. I found Martin's Auto Repair online and went to the BBB to check their rating which was an A+ and had NO COMPLAINTS. I like to support family-owned businesses and from what research I did, they seemed like they would stand behind their work. Our vehicle was not safe to drive when we had it towed in and Scot out service rep kept in great contact with us on what issues they found and was upfront with the cost for the repairs and breaking it down so that I could understand what repairs were needed. My vehicle is working great and once again feels safe to drive. They even told us what repairs we may need in the future and quotes so that we can plan it into our budget! I would definately have repairs done there again. Thanks!
