  This is the second car we have had repaired here. The first was after an SUV with a bike rake backed up and damaged the front end of our Hyundai. Those repairs were done perfectly and we couldn't tell where any damage had been. This time our Toyota Highlander was hit in a parking lot sustaining quite a bit of damage on the driver's side. Again National Collision fixed the damage perfectly and replaced a previously damaged rear bumper at the same time (the bumper was at our cost). The Highlander looks brand new. The people (especially Kim) at National Auto were very professional and helpful. We are very satisfied with the repairs on both cars. In the event we ever have other accident damage to be repaired we will definitely take the car back to them.

  Kim and Elizabeth were wonderful. They dealt with the insurance company for me and made arrangements for a rental . I felt that every thing was being taken care of efficiently and thoroughly. They know their business and are very professional. Their body work is excellent and guaranteed. We have used them two times and each time I was extremely satisfied.

  I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Take your vehicle there, you will not be sorry. They are professional, efficient, and so easy to deal with. Every single person there who saw me smiled and said hello. Wade, who did the estimate was the absolute best and Elizabeth is a joy. I've never had work done anywhere in my life where people were as pleasant as they are at National Auto......did I mention that they did an outstanding job with my car repair? It's flawless......Beautiful work. They also washed and vacuumed it, which I never expected. They rock!!!
